What OpL Insights records on the sites that use it, who can see it and how long it is kept.
What is recorded
Page views, clicks, scrolling, the page's structure as the visitor saw it, console messages and the requests the page made. A site may pass a user ID or email so its own team can tell visits apart.
What is not recorded
Form text is masked in the visitor's browser before anything is sent. Password and card fields are never recorded.
Who can see it
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on servers operated for OpL Insights. Each site's data is seen only by the people that site gives access to.
How long it is kept
For the period of the site's plan: 30 days on Free, 3 months on Standard, 6 months on Pro and 12 months on Business. Then it is deleted.
Who runs it
OpL Insights is a product of A1L Digital. Messages sent through the contact form go to A1L Digital and are used only to reply to you.
