Which websites does it work on?
Any site where you can add two lines of script: plain HTML, React or Vue apps, apps behind Apache, and OpenCart 3 and 4 through an extension.
Are passwords and card numbers recorded?
No. Form text is masked in the browser before anything is sent, and password and card fields are never recorded.
How is Ask Insights different from AI summaries?
Summaries describe one recording. Ask Insights answers questions across all your visits, reads console errors and failed requests too, and links the evidence for every answer.
Can I see who a visitor was?
Yes, when your site passes a user ID or email with one call, OplInsights.setUser. Without it, visits show as guests.
How long is the data kept?
30 days on Free, 3 months on Standard, 6 months on Pro and 12 months on Business, then removed. Only the people you give access to can see a site's data.
What does it cost?
Free for one website, $29 a month for up to 5 websites, $69 for up to 10 and $129 for unlimited. Agencies get a custom quote with white-label. Included for stores on an OpL e-commerce subscription.
